  • Product Overview:

    The exhaust gas flows through oil removal filter and plate dust removal filter. Then, under the 2 waveband UV, the gas reacts on the TiO2,a photocatalyst. When the UV light (hv) irradiates TiO2, the electrons on  TiO2‘s valance band will absorb hv. Then they will be activated to conduction band (CB), called activated electrons(e-CB). At the same time, positively charged holes (h+VB) will be formed in valance band. Reduction reaction will happen between e-CB and O2 which is attached on the surface of TiO2. And the production is O2-. Further, O2- reacts with H+ to generate H2O2. The H2O2  can react with e-CB and O2- to generate?OH which is strong oxidizing free radical. Meanwhile, h+VB reacts with H2O and OH- to generate high-active?OH, H2O2 and ?OH. They will degrade the organic compounds into CO2, H2O and others. The inorganic contaminants will be oxidized or reduced into harmless substances.
